EUROGROUP CONSULTING set out to rethink its employer branding — and chose Moritz Bauer Creative Agency to make it happen.

The campaign, built around the slogan "Der Mensch im Mittelpunkt", puts people at the heart of the brand. At its core: the EGC Academy, an internal career program pairing new talent with personal mentors — brought to life in a way that feels human, not corporate.

The launch was timed strategically ahead of the Staufenbiel Career Fair, one of Germany's leading career events drawing over 30,000 talents — positioning EUROGROUP CONSULTING as a standout employer in the country's elite consulting sector.

 

The campaign extended beyond video: from a fully designed trade fair stand to advertising placements at prestigious institutions like the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

The result? A campaign that didn't just perform — it opened doors.
